Returns:  
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items:  
- Sale/discounted items  
- Used or damaged items  
- Personal care or hygiene products

How to request a return:  
Email us at support@shopverza.store with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

Refunds:  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs:  
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
